Advocate Sign Up and Dinner on Thursday

If you're a Michigan member that has signed up to attend Advocate, please register here so we can get the contact information for our Michigan group.  We're also planning a dinner at Il Canale on Thursday night at 6:30 p.m.  We need to provide a count to the restaurant so it's imperative that you let us know if you (and any guests) will be attending the dinner.  If your attendance at Advocate is not being covered by one of the local associations, you will be invoiced $100 per person to attend the dinner.  This is the actual cost per person that we're being charged by the restaurant and covers food and house wine, beer and soda.  PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST SIGN UP WITH NAA FOR ADVOCATE AS WELL.  THIS DOES NOT SIGN YOU UP TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.
